Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a badass. She is an amazing and inspiring role model, especially for all women. This is an original cocktail, named after Ruth, because it's bold, strong, and lovely all at once. This cocktail features Amaro Nonino, one of our favourite Italian amari. It comes from a generational distillery in northern Italy, one of few that is owned and operated by women. This amaro is very unique as it is made from a grappa base instead of the typical neutral grain spirit base typical amari and liqueurs use.

1oz Manchester Dry Gin
0.75oz Campari liqueur
0.25oz Amaro Nonino by @grappaNonino
0.25oz Triple Sec
0.75oz Lemon juice
0.25oz Simple Syrup
Soda water
Shake all ingredients together. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top up with soda water, and garnish with a lemon twist.
Tip 1: if you can't find Amaro Nonino, you can replace it with our Mandarino Amaro.
