Have you ever had "The Last Word" cocktail? It's an amazing classic cocktail that uses Bourbon as it's key spirit. Many variations of this cocktail exist, as it is an easy and delicious rubric to replicate.

The original might have the last word (hehe) but this cocktail is the full debate. It's burst of flavour is created by a surprising mix of ingredients. Boozy and herbal, it'll have your mouth watering for more.

The Cocktail:

3/4 oz Winter Spice Gin

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Averna Amaro

3/4 oz Aperol (Amaro)

Add all ingredients into a shaker Tin with ice and shake well. Strain liquid into a stemmed cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist or slice.
