For Confluence’s first craft cocktail we’ve chosen an old classic cocktail called Negroni.

Whether you’re a negroni lover, or have never heard of it before, we’ve balanced this sweet and bitter drink to be delicious to all. At Confluence we created a special gin that enhances the grapefruit and floral aromas of the Campari, and adds a spicy, bitter note of chilli. It’s a blend of perfection.
