Limited Edition Spring '25 Whisky – a small-batch, bourbon-inspired wheated corn whisky, double-cask matured for depth and complexity. Aged in American oak and finished in maple syrup barrels, this whisky develops rich notes of toasted marshmallow, chicory coffee, and sweet maple syrup.
Crafted in Alberta’s extreme prairie climate for intensified flavour, it delivers a distinctly Canadian whisky experience.

Very nice sipping.
My go-to liquor of choice is bourbon… but with the current nonsense going on in our neighbours to the south, I have been finding Canadian equivalents. This product, by Confluence Distilling in Calgary is a great alternative, and will remain a staple of my liquor cabinet long after the end of the southern dumpster fire, once I am okay to buy from the US again
Anytime you roll the dice and purchase something online that you’ve never tried before you’re putting your trust in that company. Which is what I did and I’m pleasantly surprised. Being a Canadian in this day and time I’m putting my money behind Canadian companies. I really enjoy a drop of bourbon now and then and this whisky doesn’t disappoint. I’m glad I rolled the dice.

Isn't it Bourbon?
Due to whisky law, a whisky can only be called Bourbon if it is aged and bottled in the United States. It can be made anywhere in the USA, as opposed to the myth that it can only be bourbon if it's from Kentucky or Tennessee.
