Looked for this Dry Vermouth in a few places

I discovered this Dry Vermouth at a Mother's Day market in 2024. What I enjoy about it, is that it is a botanical vermouth. I looked at a few places and could not find it and when I keyed this into Google, Confluence was the only one who had it and I was able to get it, in a day.

Why is it so unique?

Our unconventional vermouths use an Apple Cider base (by Uncommon Cidery) fermented with with Rosé grape skins, all from the Okanagan. We took those grape skins and distilled them into a rustic grappa spirit. Since grappa itself is not the most popular spirit, we decided to use it to fortify the rosé cider.

That's right; FORTIFIED CIDER. To complete our vermouths, we macerated a special blend of locally sourced bitter herbs, spices and fruits, then voila: we've created something distinctly different, exciting and delicious.
