Refund policy

General: Unopened and undamaged products can be returned for full purchased value up to 90 days after purchase.  

Any shipping requirements must be handled by the customer.

Our store cannot accept returns or replacements of items that have been opened.

For damaged goods: If for some reason beverage product is found to be damaged or spoiled within 7 days of purchase, Confluence Distilling will replace the product at no extra charge. Examples of possible damage are cracked bottles, empty or partially empty unopened cans, leaking cans, tampered caps. The damaged/spoiled product must be returned to Confluence Distilling to receive replacement. Any claims made after 7 days cannot be processed.  

Via shipping: If for some reason purchased product arrives damaged or spoiled upon delivery, Confluence Distilling will replace the product at no extra charge. Any damage claims must provide photos or other evidence, and must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. 

Confluence Distilling is not liable for any products purchased at a third-party retailer. Please contact the store that you purchased from for their return policies.
