The Story

Before we opened our doors back in 2018, we had been working on various gin recipes in our home kitchen. Out of the many, many tests, experiments and ideas, the only one that stuck through was our Winter Spice Gin.



It's concept was inspired by ginger snap cookies (one of our distiller's favourite childhood christmas snacks) marked by warm baking spices. This gin was made to bring back nostalgic memories of cozy, winter nights; baking with your mother or grandmother; and big, holiday meals where you're so full but always have room for a cookie. You can't not fall in love with this gin. 


How to Drink

BEST GIN & TONIC EVER: 1 oz Winter Spice Gin + 5 oz plain tonic soda (it really brings out the cookie qualities).
