A cocktail made for summer days sitting in the sun. Refreshing flavours of watermelon and basil mixed with our vodka and elderflower liqueur. This is a few extra steps, but it's worth it for a sip!

1.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz St. Germain liqueur
Approx. 2 cups of watermelon
2 basil leaves
0.25 oz fresh-squeezed lime
Basil and watermelon, to garnish
Cut up the watermelon into cubes, and either juices the pieces or use a blender. Add the basil at this stage too. After juicing, run through a mesh sieve to remove chunks. Combine vodka, St. Germain liqueur, lime juice and watermelon juice into a shaker tin with ice. Shake, and then strain liquid into a glass. Garnish with a cube of watermelon and basil leaf.
Scrumptious and juicy. Cool down on a hot day with a watermelon basil martini!
Thanks again to Alex for making such an amazing and creative cocktail.
Enjoy!
